First incorporated as Oil City Paving, Asphalt Paving by Professionals. The family foundation of our business continues to lead the asphalt and paving industry from our home office in Casper, WY.

Our manager is certified by the Wyoming Heavy Highway division of the Associated General Contractors of Wyoming and oversees projects throughout the state. These asphalt paving projects and products have gone on to be used by United States government agencies and bodies including the Federal Aviation Administration, Texas Department of Transportation, and municipal and county construction projects as well as residential and commercial properties.
